Experience a unique wilderness cooking in a beautiful private forest in Porvoo, Finland. Every trip is tailor-made to fulfill the desires of each individual group. You will pick ingredients for your cooking from nature, build and light a campfire and finally cook your meal outside.

The beauty and soothing calmness of the still forest provide an awe-inspiring nature experience.

Combined with the process of preparing a meal with ancient outdoor cooking methods the adventure will create a lifelong memory for each of our guests.

Programme will be put together from the following alternatives according to season and the wishes of the group: A nature trail, snow trekking, winter & summer fishing, picking berries and mushrooms, sauna & bathing in the lake or in an outdoor bathing tub.

Meal alternatives: Robber's roast, campfire cooking class, fish sausages, smoked fish, a whole fish in salt crust, ancient plank fish, dessert made with local berries. Fish will be caught form the lake & berries, herbs and mushrooms picked from the forest prior to cooking.
